For the needs of the current recruitment processes or any other activities in the scope of job placement the basis for the processing of data is the fact that the processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the Data Controller(GDPR Article 6, 1.c) or your consent (GDPR Article 6, 1.a).

- External entities that process personal data on behalf of the Contoller and have signed the Personal Data Processing Agreement with the Controller, in particular maritime companies seeking employees.
- In the event of a request being made. To authorized goverment institutions, in particular organizational units of the Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.
